It seems that specifically the music world is governed by a cartel of players, thwarting true artistic development and dissemination of works. Copyrights hinder progress and royalty payments never seem to exceed de minimus levels. Through Chris’ work he comes into contact with many artists and musicians who are worthy of their works being made public but have no avenue to do so.
